Mark Victor Warner

Mark Warner is an author, speaker, storyteller, and coach. He’s served as a senior pastor for over forty years, helping congregations in crisis recover their footing and return to health. He’s also ministered alongside his fellow pastors as an Area Leader, a Regional Leader and as the Director of Development for the Vineyard Pilgrimage, a ministry of Vineyard USA.

It was during his time at the Pilgrimage that Mark did extensive research into how Christians grow, exploring ways the church can partner with the Holy Spirit to help believers discover a more meaningful life with God. That research gave birth to the Pilgrim Pathway, a roadmap for pastors and churches who long to help their congregations escape the spiritual shallows and go deeper.

Trained as a spiritual director, Mark’s blog on the deeper life explores a variety of topics related to Christian Spiritual Formation and spiritual growth. He lives with his wife, Dianne, and a little dog named Milo, in Overland Park, Kansas.

Mark currently serves as the Pastor of Spiritual Formation at Vineyard Community Church in Overland Park, Kansas.
