Co-Discerning Groups

What would it be like to be able to process a decision you need to make with a group of peers who're trained to listen, reflect and ask clarifying questions from a spiritual point of view? Based on the Ignatian Rules of Discernment, co-discerning groups are a wonderful way to walk with God with others.

We all need spiritual friends! A spiritual friend or mentor helps you process the ups and downs of life with no set agenda, giving you the benefit of their wisdom and experience while reminding you of the "absolutely unconditional, unlimited and unimaginably extravagant love of God." I offer packages of mentoring sessions that you can book at your leisure, when you need them most.

Spiritual Direction

A spiritual director is a spiritual companion or listener who reflects, encourages, and highlights what God might be doing in your life, helping you remember where you were so you can see how far you’ve come. I offer three packages of hour-long listening sessions to help you process your walk with God.
